According to the RODO, the processing of any personal data is lawful if, among other things:

- processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party, or to take action at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract;
- processing is necessary to fulfill a legal obligation of the controller;
- processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the controller, except where such interests are overridden by the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject.
We always ensure that the processing of your personal data does not take place without the existence of an appropriate legal basis. We process only those data that are necessary for the proper execution of individual business processes. We have implemented procedures to counter the collection of redundant data. In connection with e-mail contact to the address from the domain animex.pl or agriplus.pl, personal data is transferred outside the EEA (European Economic Area), i.e. To Smithfield Foods Inc. USA.
In connection with this transfer, the Joint Administrators applied the following safeguards:
- signed with Smithfield Foods Inc. an agreement containing standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission governing the transfer of and access to data by Smithfield Foods Inc. (Data Transfer Agreement);
- The scope of data provided is limited only to business contact information and information contained in the email correspondence sent;
- Only employees or regular associates of the IT Department of Smithfield Foods Inc. have access to the data provided. in accordance with the established scope of its authority and only in situations involving a potential threat to the security of information systems.
In addition, the Joint Administrators inform that to the extent they use Microsoft services, the processing of the related personal data takes place within the EEA (European Economic Area).
